What is a1004IssueAHardwareNmi?
Writing vIssueAnNmi(1) causes a hardware Non-Maskable Interrupt on the system; the alternative is vDoNotIssueAnNmi(0). An admin uses this as a diagnostic tool to force a crash dump on a system that is hung but not responding to a normal reset.
