l3tcEnabled

Module: INTEL-L3TC-MIB

OID (symbolic): INTEL-L3TC-MIB::l3tcEnabled

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.343.6.37.5.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Whether or not the TC routing is enabled

What is l3tcEnabled?

This read-write enumerated value turns Layer 3 transparent caching (TC) routing on(1) or off(2) for the entire appliance. An admin disables this to bypass transparent caching entirely, for example during troubleshooting, without reconfiguring individual ports or servers. Setting this to off(2) stops the appliance from redirecting any traffic to cache servers, effectively passing all traffic straight through.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> INTEL-L3TC-MIB::l3tcEnabled

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.343.6.37.5.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> INTEL-L3TC-MIB::l3tcEnabled.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.343.6.37.5.2.1 i <value>
