What is ipxLinkConfDelay?

The manually configured link delay, in IPX 'ticks' of 55 ms each, used as a routing metric when ipxLinkConfAutomaticDelay is disabled. A higher tick value makes IPX routing protocols treat this link as slower or less preferred.
