What is ipxControlCommand?
A write-only command register for clearing or refreshing IPX routing and service data: set it to flushRipSap(1) to wipe the ipxRipTable and ipxSapTable, or updateRipSap(2) to trigger a RIP/SAP table refresh. An admin uses this to force a router to relearn IPX routes and services after a network change, and because it's write-only the value can't be read back afterward.
