What is confIfCreateObj?

A write-only 100-byte binary blob used to atomically create a new confIfTable row: it packs the four address/mask pairs plus route protocol, RIP, BOOTP, proxy-ARP, filtering, TTL threshold, tunnel name and tunnel IP fields in one SNMP SET, and returns genError if the row already exists.
