Description: The device's expression of the local date and time of day. The time is expressed in seconds since midnight (0 hour), January 1, 1970.

0 is returned if the device does not support a real-time clock.

What is sysTimeOfDay?

Holds the device's current local time as seconds since midnight, January 1, 1970, and can be set by a management station to adjust the clock. Returns 0 on devices without a real-time clock.
