Description:
The current state of all port LEDs on the module. X bytes per port on the module, where X = the normal number of LEDs per port on this module.
There is one byte per LED.
The most significant bit is used for blink/solid: Off = The LED is lit permanently. On = The LED blinks.
The three least significant bits are used for color: 1 = not lit, 2 = green, 3 = yellow, 4 = blue, 5 = red, 0+6+7 not used
The four remaining bits are currently unused and must be 0.
