What is csuReceiveLevel?
This reports the detected signal strength on the T1 line in one of four bands: +2 to -7.5dB, -7.5 to -15dB, -15 to -22.5dB, or below -22.5dB. A reading in the weakest band suggests cable length, connector, or attenuation problems worth investigating before errors accumulate.
