Description: The three byte IS-IS Area Address to join. Normally SPB will use area 00:00:00 however if SPB is being used in conjunction with IPV4/V6 it can operate using the IS-IS area address already in use. This object is persistent.
What is ieee8021SpbSysAreaAddress?
Sets the three-byte IS-IS area address this bridge joins for Shortest Path Bridging; normally left at the default 00:00:00, but an admin overrides it to match an existing IS-IS area address when SPB is deployed alongside IPv4/IPv6 IS-IS routing on the same devices.
