This OID controls whether a static network adjacency entry (a permanent link between devices) is active, inactive, or being deleted from the database. It lets you enable, disable, or remove static connections used in Shortest Path Bridging networks. A network operator would set this to add or remove permanent connections during network maintenance or reconfiguration.
