What is cpsSystemSendTrap?

This object holds a text string that represents all the data carried by a CPS (control point simulator/system) trap when it fires. An admin reads this string in trap logs to get a human-readable summary of what the trap reported, rather than parsing individual trap variable bindings by hand. A problemTrap notification might populate this string with a message like 'Link down on port 3, session terminated'.
