Description: Total number of topology node updates received by this node with a RSN less than the current RSN. Both even and odd RSN are included in this count. These TDUs are not errors, but result when TDUs are broadcast to all adjacent network nodes. No update to this node's topology database occurs, but this node will send a TDU with it's higher RSN to the adjacent node that sent this low RSN.
