What is ibSmPortInfoVLHighLimit?
The limit of the high-priority component of the VL arbitration table (0-255), which bounds how much high-priority traffic can be sent before low-priority traffic gets a turn. Tune it when QoS tuning of latency-sensitive traffic is needed.
