What is ibSmPortInfoNeighborMTU?

The maximum MTU enabled on this port for transmit, encoded as 1=256, 2=512, 3=1024, 4=2048, 5=4096 bytes. Mismatched MTUs across a path cause dropped large packets, so a value of 4 means 2048-byte frames.
