What is ibSmConfigSubnetGUID?
The PortGUID (64-bit globally unique ID) of the InfiniBand port on which this Subnet Manager runs, which identifies the SM instance in the table. Admins use it to tell which physical port hosts each SM when several are configured, e.g. a GUID such as 0002c90300a1b2c3.
