Whether an SQE (Signal Quality Error / heartbeat) fault currently exists on this group, applicable to AUI module 339: fault-exist(1) or no-fault-exist(2). This flags the same class of transceiver heartbeat problem tracked per-interface in other Ethernet MIBs' SQE test error counters.
