rptrSecurityMACPortMap

Module: Hub-rptr-prvt-sec

OID (symbolic): Hub-rptr-prvt-sec::rptrSecurityMACPortMap

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.101.8.7.2.1.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: This object identifies the ports with which
       this MAC entry is associated.
       This object is a bit map where setting a given bit
       indicates that this MAC entry is associated with
       the port corresponding to that bit. The LSB of the
       bitmap corresponds to port 1.

                           ----> 0 - MAC entry is NOT associated
                                     with port n.
                                 1 - MAC entry is associated
                                     with port n.

What is rptrSecurityMACPortMap?

This read-only bitmap field reports which ports this shared MAC entry is currently associated with in hardware, using the same per-bit port encoding (LSB = port 1) as prptrSecurityMACPortMap. An admin compares this to the configured port map to confirm the shared MAC authorization has taken effect on the intended ports.
