Description: Enable or disable the statistics data function.
What is hwPMStatisticsEnable?
This turns the device's overall performance statistics collection function on (enable) or off (disable), and defaults to disabled. An admin sets this before creating any statistics tasks, since no performance data is gathered while it's disabled.
