What is hwNtpSourceVpnName?

This value, carried in NTP-related notifications, names the VPN instance associated with the NTP peer that the local clock is currently synchronized to. Admins use it in multi-VPN environments to know which VRF's NTP peer a device is actually syncing against, since the same IP address could exist in more than one VPN. For example, a value of "MGMT-VRF" tells the admin the device reached its NTP source through the management VPN instance rather than the default routing table.
