Module: HUAWEI-MSTP-MIB
OID (symbolic): HUAWEI-MSTP-MIB::hwMstpSnooping
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.42.4.1.21
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

What is hwMstpSnooping?
Controls whether the device still processes received TCN (Topology Change Notification) messages normally even while MSTP itself is disabled on the device. An admin would enable this in specific interoperability scenarios where topology-change snooping needs to keep working independent of MSTP's own enabled state.
