What is hwMplsTpTunnelOperStatus?

This object reports the tunnel's actual real-time operational state, with finer-grained values than the administrative status, including lowerLayerDown and notPresent. Admins monitor it to detect genuine MPLS-TP tunnel outages; for instance, lowerLayerDown(7) points directly at a failure in the underlying physical or logical interface rather than a problem with the tunnel configuration itself. For example, if this object reports lowerLayerDown(7) while the tunnel's admin status is still up(1), the admin should check the physical link beneath the tunnel rather than the tunnel setup.
