What is hwMpGroupThresholdLeast?
This value sets the minimum number of member (son) links that must be bound into the MP-group before the group can be used, defaulting to 1 and ranging 1-128. Admins raise it to enforce a bandwidth floor, ensuring the bundle only comes into service once enough physical links are active. Setting it to 4 on a router with eight E1 links means the MP-group won't be usable until at least four of them are bound.
