Description: Continuous UP time after the son channel of the MP link is damped. The value 0 is invalid, and the other values are valid, default is 60s.
What is hwMpGroupDampingTime?
This value specifies how many continuous seconds a son channel must stay up after being damped before it is restored to the MP bundle, defaulting to 60 and accepting 0 (invalid) or 60-86400. Admins use it to size the penalty period so a flapping link is kept out long enough to settle down without permanently excluding it. Setting it to 300 would keep a damped member link suppressed for five minutes of continuous uptime.
