Description: This object indicates whether the function of waiting for BGP convergence is enabled: true(1): indicates that the function of waiting for BGP convergence is enabled. false(2): indicates that the function of waiting for BGP convergence is disabled. By default, the function of waiting for BGP convergence is disabled.
What is hwIsisProcOnStartWaitForBgpEnabled?
This controls whether the process waits for BGP to converge before clearing its startup Overload bit: true(1) enables the wait, false(2, the default) does not. Admins enable this on routers that also run BGP, so IS-IS doesn't advertise the router as a good transit hop before BGP routes are actually ready.
