Description: Enables BFD-FRR binding on each interface. true (1): enables BFD-FRR binding on each interface. false (2): does not enable BFD-FRR binding on each interface. By default, BFD-FRR binding is disabled on each interface.

This enables or disables BFD-FRR binding for every interface under this IS-IS process at once: true(1) enables it, false(2, the default) disables it, so a BFD-detected failure can trigger FRR immediately across all interfaces rather than being configured interface by interface.
