Description: Whether to enable BFD on each interface. true (1): enables BFD on each interface. false (2): does not enable BFD on each interface. By default, BFD is disabled on each interface.
What is hwIsisProcBFDEnabled?
This enables or disables BFD for every interface under this IS-IS process at once: true(1) enables it, false(2, the default) disables it. It's the process-wide switch, as opposed to hwIsisCircBfdState which controls BFD per individual interface.
