What is hwIsisAdjChangeReason?

This is a trap variable that reports why an IS-IS adjacency went down or changed: causes include hold-timer expiry, a physical interface change, a protocol-level reason, a BFD session going down, a configuration change, a peer-router-triggered reason, or isNbrClear(100) when the neighbor entry was manually cleared. An admin reads this from the notification to know whether a lost neighbor is a link, config, or BFD problem.
