What is hwMstpRegionConfActive?

A write-only trigger used to activate a modified MSTP region configuration (name, revision, or VLAN mapping) by setting enable(1); a get always returns disable(2) regardless of actual state. Admins set this immediately after changing the region name or VLAN mapping so the new configuration takes effect.
