What is hwMstpPathCostStandard?
Selects which standard's formula the bridge uses to compute spanning-tree link costs: dot1d1998(1), dot1t(2), or legacy(3), the default. Changing this shifts the valid ranges accepted by hwMstpMasterPathCost and hwMstpiPortPathCost, so admins must keep it consistent across the whole spanning-tree domain.
