What is hwGponNNITrafficBroadcast?
Read-write index (0-13) into a fixed table of broadcast-traffic suppression profiles for this GPON port, each specifying a min/max bandwidth in kbps and a packet rate in pps; profile 13 forces zero bandwidth. Select a lower-numbered profile to tightly cap broadcast storms on a subscriber's PON port, or profile 13 to block broadcast traffic on that port entirely.
