What is hwGonuRogueOntState?
Read-only indicator of whether the ONU's optical port was shut down specifically because it was detected transmitting continuously (a "rogue" ONU that can jam the whole PON's upstream): yes(1) if shut down for that reason, no(2) if shut down for another reason, invalid(-1) if not applicable. Check it first when an ONU is unexpectedly offline, since a rogue-ONU shutdown means the fix is on that ONU's transmitter, not the OLT or fiber.
