What is hwVplsPwBindType?
This selects whether this pseudowire's bind type is mesh (default, full-mesh core PW) or spoken (spoke PW, typically used in hub-and-spoke topologies); an admin picks spoken when this PW connects an edge site to a hub rather than participating in a full mesh.
