Description: Config data unit lock/unlock controller,if set active(2),the lock will be locked if no one locked it before. if set inactive(1),the lock will be unlocked if the currunt user locked it before.
What is hwCfgOperateLockConfigDataStore?
This controls a global lock on the configuration data store: setting it to active(2) locks it (if not already locked by someone else), and setting it to inactive(1) unlocks it if the current user was the one holding the lock. An admin uses this to prevent other sessions from making conflicting configuration changes while performing a sensitive multi-step edit.
