Description: This trap indicates whether the tunnel used by a VPN is reachable, If the tunnel is unreachable, a trap is sent to notify the user, hwTunnelReachablityEvent is 2. If the tunnel is reachable, a trap is sent to notify the user, hwTunnelReachablityEvent is 1.
