What is hwBgpGRStatLocalGRRole?

This read-only value reports the router's current role and negotiation status in an ongoing or recent BGP graceful restart event, whether it is acting as the restarter, the router that restarted, or the helper, a peer assisting a restarting neighbor, and whether GR was successfully negotiated or failed. Administrators check it to confirm graceful restart actually worked as expected after a control-plane restart rather than silently falling back to a full session reset. For example, seeing this report grnegotiatefail after a planned restart would alert the admin that BGP sessions dropped their routes instead of gracefully preserving them.
