Description: The length of time the RTP connection has been up, measured in 1/100ths of a second.

What is hprRtpUpTime?

How long this RTP connection has been up, measured in 1/100ths of a second (TimeTicks). An admin uses this to distinguish a long-lived stable connection from one that keeps getting torn down and re-established.
