Description: The time when the path switch began.

What is hprRtpStatusStartTime?

The timestamp when a historical path switch attempt began, in a row of the RTP Connection Status Table created once the switch (successful or not) completes. Admins use this together with hprRtpStatusEndTime to measure how long a specific past path switch actually took.
