The remote network connection endpoint ID (a CP, LU, boundary function, or route setup component) for this RTP connection, distinct from the local hprRtpLocNceId used to index the row. An admin pairs this with hprRtpRemCpName to fully identify the far-end HPR endpoint of a given connection.
