What is hprRtpPathSwTimer?

How long, in 1/100ths of a second, RTP will keep attempting a path switch for this connection before giving up. Admins compare this against hprRtpStatusStartTime/EndTime deltas in the status table to see whether path switches are completing well within this budget or running close to timing out.
