Description: The time when the value of the hprRtpGlobeCtrState object last changed. The initial value returned by this object is the time at which the APPN node instrumented with this MIB was last brought up.

What is hprRtpGlobeCtrStateTime?

The timestamp of the last change to hprRtpGlobeCtrState, defaulting to the node's boot time if it was never toggled. Lets an admin figure out how long RTP connection counters have actually been running before trusting accumulated values in hprRtpTable.
