What is hprRtpCurSendRate?
The RTP connection's current send rate, in bytes per second, as computed by its adaptive rate-based flow control. An admin reads this live to see actual throughput being achieved right now, compared against the historical hprRtpMaxSendRate/hprRtpMinSendRate bounds.
