Description: The identifier of the default ring which is active currently. The default ring configured by user may be inactive.
What is hpnicfRprDefaultActiveRingID?
A read-only value reporting which ringlet is actually active as the default ring right now, which can differ from the operator-configured hpnicfRprDefaultConfigRingletID if that configured default ring is currently inactive (e.g. due to a ring break). Admins compare the two to spot when the intended default ring isn't the one actually carrying traffic.
