What is hpnicfPsePortPowerLimit?
This read-write field sets the maximum power, in milliwatts, the PSE is allowed to supply to this specific port; the PSE will not exceed it even if the connected device asks for more. An admin lowers this on ports feeding low-power devices to reserve budget for higher-draw endpoints elsewhere on the switch.
