hpnicfPOEThresholdDCMinimum

Module: HPN-ICF-POWER-ETH-EXT-MIB

OID (symbolic): HPN-ICF-POWER-ETH-EXT-MIB::hpnicfPOEThresholdDCMinimum

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.15.2.14.8.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: OCTET STRING

Access: read-write

Description: Input threshold DC minimum. It is a read-write node. The value of this node is 'OCTET STRING', it is used to describe a float value. So this string should fit the following rule: 1. This string should be terminated by '\0'; 2. Every characters should be number or radix point; 3. The radix point should occur only once, and it should not be the first or the last character of the string. It should be smaller than 47.0V and larger than 45.0V.

What is hpnicfPOEThresholdDCMinimum?

This read-write value is a numeric string (terminated by a null character, digits and at most one decimal point) that sets the low DC output voltage alarm threshold, constrained between 45.0V and 47.0V. An admin uses this to catch a sagging DC rail before it starts causing PoE ports to under-power connected devices.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.15.2.14.8.1.3
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> HPN-ICF-POWER-ETH-EXT-MIB::hpnicfPOEThresholdDCMinimum

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.15.2.14.8.1.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> HPN-ICF-POWER-ETH-EXT-MIB::hpnicfPOEThresholdDCMinimum.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.11.15.2.14.8.1.3.1 s <value>

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> hpnicfPOEThresholdDCMinimum.1
