What is hpnicfHostStaticJoinStatus?
This RowStatus column manages rows in the static host-join table, supporting only active, createAndGo, and destroy, and governs an entry that statically binds a host on a port in a specified VLAN to a multicast group. Admins use it to hard-provision a multicast receiver, such as a set-top box that does not send IGMP joins, without relying on dynamic IGMP snooping.
