What is hpnicfMinmVsiReEncapsulation?
This read-write value enables or disables re-encapsulation for a MAC-in-MAC virtual switch instance (VSI), a feature whose support on this device is indicated by the reEncapsulation bit in hpnicfMinmCapabilities. Admins toggle it when the service instance needs its frames re-encapsulated as they pass through this node, such as at a boundary between backbone segments. For example, an admin would only attempt to set this to enabled(1) after first confirming via hpnicfMinmCapabilities that this device actually supports the re-encapsulation feature.
