What is hpnicfMultCDRStatus?
This object is a switch that enables or disables the multicast Call Detail Record (CDR) function on the device. An administrator toggles it to turn on per-user IPTV multicast join tracking, which gets reported to the NMS, or to turn it off and stop generating those records. For example, setting it to enabled(1) before rolling out an IPTV service lets the device begin recording each subscriber's multicast group joins for later reporting.
