This read-write value (0-148800) sets broadcast suppression on the VLAN in packets per second instead of a percentage, where 0 means no suppression; it's mutually exclusive with hpnicfdot1qVlanBroadcastSuppression, so setting one disables the other. Use this pps-based mode when you want a precise packet-rate cap on broadcast traffic rather than a relative percentage.
