What is hpnicfAggPortLacpState?
This read-write truth value controls whether LACP is enabled or disabled on a specific port. Admins set this to turn LACP negotiation on or off per port, independent of the overall aggregation group's mode. For example, setting it to false(2) disables LACP on that specific port.
