What is hpnicfL4RedirectInformationString?

hpnicfL4RedirectInformationString holds a human-readable status message, up to 80 characters, describing the outcome of the most recent Layer 4 redirection configuration attempt, whether successful or not. An admin reads it to get plain-text detail when a redirect configuration doesn't behave as expected, beyond what a bare error code would show. For example, an admin who just added a cache entry might poll hpnicfL4RedirectInformationString and see a message explaining the configuration failed because the hardware's cache-entry limit was reached.
